Delivery & Refund Policy

Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders promptly and securely.

• Accra deliveries: 1–2 business days  

• Outside Accra: 2–4 business days  

• Custom or special orders: 5–7 business days

Add delivery within Accra is 50 cedis. 

Outside Accra is 60 cedis via bus to bus station, customer picks up at the main station

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Failed delivery attempts may incur additional charges.

Customers will receive delivery confirmation once orders are dispatched.

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate. The company is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, a redelivery may be scheduled and additional delivery fees may apply.

Order Accuracy

Customers are encouraged to review their orders carefully before completing payment. Once an order has been confirmed and processed, modifications may not be possible.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict quality control. However, customer satisfaction remains our priority.

Refunds or exchanges may be considered under the following circumstances:

• The wrong item was delivered  

• The item arrives damaged or defective  

• The order cannot be fulfilled by the company

Requests for refunds or exchanges must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for exchange or refund.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind after delivery  

• Items that have been used, washed, or altered  

• Damage caused after delivery  

• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

For delivery inquiries, exchanges, or refund requests, customers may contact our support team with their order details for prompt assistance.

Hygiene & Bedding Product Policy

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all bedding products, including bedsheets, duvet sets, pillowcases, and pillows, are non-returnable once the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, and specifications before completing their purchase.

If a bedding item is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Products that have been washed, used, or altered after delivery will not qualify for exchange or refund.

Quality Assurance Policy

We take pride in offering carefully selected, high-quality bedding products designed for comfort and durability.

Every item is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, customers should notify us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can arrange a prompt replacement or resolution.

All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment channels. Customer payment information is protected using industry-standard security protocols.

We do not store or share customers’ financial information with third parties.
